September 2021: Donated 5 laptops to Afghan refugees, via the International Rescue Committee. February 2021: Donated 18 laptops, worth about $5750 in total, to students at Arrupe Jesuit High School. May 2019: Donated

Jesuit High School. September 2017: Donated a laptop to an individual in need. March 2017: Donated a laptop to an individual in need. April 2016: Donated two PCs, two monitors with speakers, three laptops and two printers for staff use at Denver Center for International Studies. March 2016: We donated four PCs, four monitors and a laptop to Ricardo Flores Magon Academy in Denver. The PCs will be for student use in the classrooms, and the laptop will be used by the teachers. January 2016: We are now listed among the charities for donation under the Amazon Smile program. That means supporters can shop at smile.amazon.com and Amazon will donate 0.05% of whatever they spend as a donation to Random Acts of Computers. December 2015: Received our authorization as a Microsoft Certified Refurbisher. This enables us to purchase copies of Microsoft Windows at an extremely low cost, thanks to the generous support from Microsoft. October 2015: We donated five PCs and two laptops running Windows 10 to students at Denver’s Arrupe Jesuit High School. September 2015: The IRS confirms our 501(c)(3) non-profit status. July 2015: The corporation is chartered, and we applied for 501(c)(3) non profit status with the IRS. May 2015: We made the decision to establish Random Acts of Computers as a nonprofit corporation. October 2014: Our first four PCs are donated to the families of wounded warriors with traumatic brain injuries, as part of Operation TBI Freedom from Rocky Mountain Human Services. June 2014: Random Acts of Computers is conceived. |
